'Life Coach Series'

It may be time to take an age old idea to a new level! Just as a professional athlete works and trains with a coach or mentor, you might take that idea a step further and consider a 'life coach' - your very own mentor who rallies your energy and helps you find well-being, happiness and a more satisfying lifestyle. Much more fun than going it alone, life coaching is action and solution oriented. This is a growing trend, formerly available mostly in the corporate world.

As a 'life coach' Judy will encourage you to confront fears and negative self-talk, to think 'outside the box,' and to shed habits that are not working. In a 30 to 45 minute session once a week, you will begin to learn that tasks can either be dealt with, eliminated, assigned or hired out leaving more time to develop talents and a spiritual life - a life of your choosing. You will learn how to step back and assess all areas of your life - review what's working and what isn't.

There is no quick fix - it takes as long as it takes. Another way to say this is...it takes as long as you need it to take! Learn that is okay to rock the boat and how to do it. Finding the optimum place is seldom about adding things to your life, but is often about removing them.

You will learn the meaning of "just do it" and "get over it." Surprisingly, you will also learn to laugh at the absurdity of how you got into this place of clutter in the first place.

You will not be encouraged to establish a long contract, but you will be asked to schedule your appointments for one full month at a time.

At exactly the same time each week, on the same day you will call in and go over a 'prep form' that will be sent to you once a week, in advance of your call. The form has to be filled out and e-mailed back to your 'coach' before your call.

Professional women have been aware of the advantages of using 'life coaches' for some time.

Give a gift certificate! Your recipient will be notified and given instructions on how to set up their individual appointment. They will be provided with the forms to get their program underway. You may remain anonymous if you like.

If you are giving a gift certificate, send a separate e-mail with full contact information about the person receiving the gift. Please include their correct e-mail address.

DISCLOSURE: The monthly cost of $750 is based on four calls of 30 - 45 minutes each. Once the appointments have been scheduled the entire amount of the cost of scheduled appointments becomes NON REFUNDABLE. It is entirely the responsibility of the participant to call in at the scheduled time. If the appointment cannot be kept, it is the responsibility of the participant to send written notification (e-mail preferred) that the appointment cannot be kept. Participant will be given one opportunity to reschedule the missed appointment. If notification is sent by regular mail, it must be sent in order to arrive not less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
