will be necessary for you to allow for the
difference in time zones. The class will last
for approximately 60 minutes. The more
involved the class participants are, the more likely
the class will run up to 90 minutes..
The day of the week for our class will usually be
Wednesday, but check back at this location in case
the day, or time, has been changed.
'Death and the grieving process'
Grief is not a straight path; it
moves how it must, and takes as long as it will. If you have not
grieved, you have not known.

Psychological research has found
that your subconscious interprets
what it hears very literally. That
is, it listens to what you are
saying (to yourself and others) as
being ‘the truth.’ This in turn
affects not only how you feel about
yourself but also how you respond to
your circumstances and to people
around you and so, in turn, the
results that you produce in your
life.
To prepare for this class, you should start
making a list of your own "action words."
Are you really listening to the indecisive
words that you build around all of your
hopes and dreams? Have you taken
inventory of your own accountability, or
responsibility, for the perceived failures?
Learn what is happening to the energy of
your words as they enter your body and
become cellular. What are you doing to
your brain? What impact are you having
on your relationships? What are your
children imprinting from your behavior?
How is your health and body holding up?
Is it true that our negative words can act
like a poison?

The teleconference classes will be presented at various levels of
understanding. Sometimes you will hear a discussion of
something you may not understand. This is not meant to confuse
you, but is designed to encourage you to ask questions about what
you heard, and may not understand at the moment. The classes
are as effective as
 your willingness to participate. All
questions are encouraged - this is what allows us to get the most
out of the class. Your participation, in the classes, is
private unless you identify yourself.
